The hotel has a lot of potential with spacious rooms and a fantastic location. However, the service left much to be desired as the staff seemed unfriendly and unhelpful at times. The dining experience could also be improved, as it wasn't up to par. Overall, it feels like there is value for money, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement.
